YogaVibe offers beginner friendly classes. Please arrive 10min earlier to register before commencement of class and to meet your teacher. At YogaVibe we hope to make your first visit welcoming experience.
 
How do I prepare for class?
  • Wear light fitted clothes (gym wear) something you can stretch freely in.
  • Do not eat anything heavy two hours prior to commencement of class.
  • Inform teacher of any injures, or if you are pregnant.
  • Drink 1-2 litres of water.
  • Come with good intentions and be prepared to have FUN!
Do I need to book in for a class?
 
There is no need to book in, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time for your first class.
 
Do I need my own yoga mat?
 
No, we supply mats for your convenience but as from 1st July there will be a $1 mat hire charge.
 
What if I am not flexible?
 
This is the most common misconception that prevents people coming to a yoga class. Yoga is not about how flexible you are, if stiffness or tightness is your concern that's why many people practice yoga to become more flexible.
 
How many times a week is recommended to practice?
 
For general wellbeing and good health exercising is recommended up to three times per week. In a yoga practice the more you practice the more you will reap the great benefits yoga has to offer. As a yogi's practice deepens a daily practice is encouraged.
