Yoga Basics Workshop
 
 
 
 It's time to go BACK TO BASICS. This workshop is designed for those new to yoga, we will focus on principles of alignment, yoga therapuetics and the breath (important to any yoga practice). In this workshop you will be able to ask questions and you will learn how yoga can be intergrated into your everyday lives and provide you with the tools to reach ypour full potential. Experience students are welcome as you will be able to refine and deepen your knowledge and awareness of alignment and breath.
